Congratulations! You have all the money in the world.
So sorry. You lost.
Hackers destroyed your apps and took all your money.

You are a software developer and you're tired of working for someone else all the time, only making what they
want you to make, and never making the stuff you want to. Never working on your own projects.
Well, your time has come. Finally. You're starting your own business with what you have in the bank: ȿ 1. Ok,
so you're broke, but you can still do this. You just need to start doing this "nights & weekends".
Once you get a few projects completed, you'll be able to afford to spend less time "at the office" and more
time working on your own stuff. Also, you'll be able to hire people to do more things for you. You'll also
have to start managing your resources. This includes servers and attacks on your stuff.
What? Did you think you weren't going to get noticed by hackers or have to deal with hardware failures? Pfft!
This isn't a game, it's your life! You've wanted to do this "forever", so you have to deal with the bad as
well as reap the rewards.
Gameplay:
This starts out as a fairly standard Idle style game, but there's some subtile differences.
The first is that you can go into debt, but only for 4 seconds. You also can't keep spending money after you've
already taken a loan. This means that if you need to spend money to deal with an attack, you have to make
sure your income is positive. And if you happen to have a negative income, you'd better fix it before your
bank account goes negative. Which brings up the situation that if your credits are negative and your income
is negative, you've lost the game. However, if your income is still positive, you might just be able to crawl
out of a negative credit account. But go too far into debt and you won't get out before more attacks happen.
Another difference is like some "dungeon crawl" Idle games, you have "attackers", which have already been mentioned. These will
come up randomly to drain your income and your bank account. If you don't deal with these attacks, your income
can go negative for an App Type. If it's bad enough, your total income might even go negative. You'll notice
these attacks by watching the "Current Attacks" column. There will also be a message near the top of the
screen that briefly displays what attack is happening.
So how do you deal with these attacks? Well, that's where the "Multipliers" come into play. Not only do they
increase your income, but they also help defend your apps. If an attack starts, but your Defenses/Multipliers
are at a sufficient level, the attack will be automatically stopped and there won't be any damage done. Your
Defense is 5x your total multiplier count multiplied again by how many of that app you have.
Be aware that your Multipliers get more expensive for how many of that app you own, so make sure you manage
your money and Multipliers wisely. Also be aware that attacks will happen even if you don't own any Multipliers.
These attacks can be really nasty at times and can drain your account before you have time to react, so getting
Multipliers pre-emptively is generally a good idea. Also, as you create more apps and different app types, the
stronger the attack.
Oh, and if you've never played an Idle style game before, the idea of this game is to "publish" an App Type to make
money, then publish more Apps and make more money. You can increase your income faster by publishing more of the
same type of app or by publishing more expensive apps. This is encouraged by the fact that each app becomes more
expensive the more you publish. And you make money just by waiting. Each App Type tells you how much money you
make for each app you publish.
To help you figure out how much money you can make and get for a loan, I've included an "Income per second" statistic.
As mentioned earlier, you can borrow only 4 seconds worth of your Income, and you can only get 1 of these loans
at a time.
To make publishing apps easier, there's a selection box that allows you to "Create" more than 1 of the same kind
of app at a time.
And, just for fun and to show how useful the Multipliers are, the "Defended Attacks" column is there to show
how many attacks have been defended by each app. You may notice that number increasing without there ever being
an active attack, but only if your Multipliers are up to the task. This kind of makes it an Inception(R) Idle
game, where there's an Idle game inside of an Idle game. If you move your mouse over this column, you can see
how many and what types of attacks have been defended against.
One last thing, and this is very important: Have fun being a Software Magnate!
